Can I just come to the clinic without a scheduled appointment?
We will always accommodate patients in an emergency, otherwise, you should follow the schedule that you been prescribed. If it is not an emergency please phone ahead so you’re not waiting too long!
Do I need a referral?
No! To see a Primary Health Practitioner no referral is necessary. However, if you have an EPC referral or another type such as WorkCover or CTP we kindly ask you to bring this paperwork with you to your appointment.
Do you provide home services?
Yes! Home services are available to our valued patients. To arrange a home visit contact our reception staff on (02) 9639 7337 for more information.
Fees for non-attendance or late cancellation?
All of our practitioners are highly sought after, therefore when an appointment is not kept another patient suffers needlessly. We always email or call (as per your preference) to remind you of your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment please let our receptionist know immediately. We understand that sometimes unavoidable circumstances will arise so please let us know, as with any other industry unfortunate circumstances should not affect others. Thank you for respecting us in this matter.
How long are your appointments?
Your first appointment at our clinic is 60 minutes, subsequent appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes. Where necessary your practitioner will recommend extended appointments as needed.
What do I bring to my appointment?
Please bring any relevant documents from your GP and/or specialist. Please also bring any x-rays, MRI or other imaging that you may have.
